- If you are the owner of Microsoft Teams you can open in SharePoint and open Settings

- Go to Site Usage in Settings

On the bottom of the page, you can find the list of files and folders Shared with external users and Run report

- You must select where you want to save the report

- You will receive a mail when the report is completed

- You can import the .csv file into Excel to analyze


- The standard permissions to Read is assigned to Teams Name Visitors (the guests), Edit to Teams Name Members (the members), Full control to Teams Name Owners (the owners)

- All the other permissions are normally assigned to people external to the Microsoft Teams

- In OneDrive Settings you can run Sharing report of your One Drive

- Select More Setting and Run sharing report
